Corn Soufflé

 

  • 1 can cream style corn
  • ¾ corn can – milk
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ pkg crumbled crackers
  • Pepper to taste
  • 3 T butter

 

  1. Set oven to 375.
  2. Mix all ingredients in casserole except butter.
  3. Top with 3 T of butter.
  4. Bake for 45 mins – 1 hour.
