Trinidad Egg Nog

• 3 doz eggs
• 6  can condensed milk
• 1 lime peel
• 3 t Angostura Bitters
• ½ t nutmeg
• 1 liter rum or ½ liter 151 rum

1. Mix lime peel with eggs.
2. Blend in condensed milk.
3. Add nutmeg, bitters & rum.
4. Chill at lease 24 hours.  Enjoy!

Makes about 1 gallon
