4 Tilapia or any white fish
1c carrots
1c zucchini
1c cabbage
4T olive oil
4T chicken broth
4T Pesto
Garlic
Sea salt
Pepper
Parchment paper
Place fish filet on parchment paper (spray with non-stick cooking spray)
Add 1T of pesto, chick broth & olive oil on top of each filet
Add ¼ c of each veggie to each filet
Add garlic, salt, and pepper to taste
Role & fold parchment paper
Bake at 450 for 15 mins, serve with rice
