· 1 ½ lbs sirloin or round steak in ¼” strips
· ¼ cup butter
· ½ cup chopped onions
· 1 clove garlic
· 1 can mushrooms
· 2 T flour
· 2 t parsley flakes
· 1 can cream of chicken soup
· 1 cup sour cream
· salt & pepper to taste
1. Brown beef, onions, garlic in butter.
2. Add remaining items.
3. Simmer at least 1hr, longer if using round steak.
4. Serve over rice or noodles.
