Mary’s Cheese Cake

 

 

Crust:

·        ¼ c graham cracker crumbs

·        2 T melted butter

·        2 T sugar

 

Filling

·        4 – 8oz pkgs cream cheese

·        2 c sugar

·        6 eggs room temp

·        2 t vanilla

·        32oz sour cream

 

Preheat oven to 375

 

Grease a deep 9” spring form pan. Put enough dry crumbs to lightly cover bottom & sides.

Mix remaining crumbs with butter & sugar then pack firmly into bottom of pan.

Soften cream cheese & beat until fluffy, gradually beat in eggs & sugar.

Fold in sour cream & vanilla then pour into pan.

 

Bake 1hr, leave in oven with heat off for ½ hr.  Chill overnight
